This little girl was me - and still is.I call myself a rebel because I do things differently than prescribed by the rules - I search my own path to come to results. That is how I came to found this business: through a rough terrain with lots of paths and detours.
Ever since I was a little girl, I've had apassion for good food. My first cookies and brownies I made with my Moeke, my first cooking classes were little cards my mom made me. Dad took us out to restaurants and let us taste everything.
This passion has always stuck with me. In Antwerp I learned the ropes as a chef in multiple restaurants. Via a detour in cooking stores and local products, I came back to the root of my passion: cooking with love for people.
To enjoy, that's what it is all about. Local, real products, time and love for every dish. Flavours that take you back to your childhood or surprise your taste buds. Meals and moments to share and enjoy together.
